Brisbane skyline - Advanced Landscaping commercial and civil landscaping across Brisbane

We operate across Brisbane from our base at Stapylton, servicing the CBD and inner city, the northside, the southside, the western suburbs and the bayside. Every project is led by an experienced senior landscaper who quotes the work and then stays with it through delivery, so the person who assessed your site is the person accountable for the outcome.

Commercial landscape construction

Hard and soft landscape construction for new builds, refurbishments and asset upgrades. Retaining walls, paving, drainage, irrigation installation, turf, planting and establishment. We hold QBCC licence 15188967, which matters in Brisbane because structural landscaping work here regularly involves retaining and drainage on sloping sites.

Streetscapes and public realm

Civil-grade streetscape construction and maintenance across the Brisbane City Council area, for developers meeting conditions of approval, and for body corporates upgrading frontages. Landscaping for Brisbane's climate and conditions

Subtropical climate and storm season

Brisbane's subtropical climate is the single biggest factor in what a commercial landscape costs to run. Growth through the humid summer months is fast enough that a maintenance schedule built for a temperate climate will fall behind by January. Storm season from November to February brings the risk of limb failure on mature street trees and debris across hard surfaces, and the wet season concentrates most of the annual rainfall into a few months, which puts drainage under real load.

How we plan around it

We plan around that rather than reacting to it. Mowing frequency steps up through the growing season and eases back through the cooler, drier months. Turf selection favours warm-season varieties suited to Brisbane conditions - couch, buffalo and zoysia depending on wear and shade. Planting schedules are built around the wet season so establishment happens when water is available rather than when it has to be trucked in. Pre-season tree and drainage inspections reduce storm damage instead of paying for it afterwards.

Sloping sites and drainage

On sloping sites across the inner west and the northside, drainage and retaining are usually the difference between a landscape that lasts and one that needs remedial work in three years. That is construction work, and it needs a licensed contractor.

Working with Brisbane's commercial buyers

Body corporates and strata managers

Committee reporting, budget certainty across a financial year, consistent standards across every common area, and one point of contact who knows the site. We provide the documentation a strata manager needs for an annual general meeting, and the insurance and work health and safety paperwork required before we set foot on site.

Commercial property and facilities managers

Presentation standards that hold up to tenant and visitor scrutiny, out-of-hours scheduling where access or noise is an issue, and portfolio-level reporting across multiple assets. Our teams work discreetly and to a plan, which matters more in an occupied building than it does on a construction site.

Developers and builders

Programme certainty, coordination with the civil and building programme, staged delivery, and defect and maintenance periods managed properly through to handover. Our documentation is procurement-ready and our QBCC licence and insurances are current.

Government & Public Sector

Supporting City Councils, government agencies and public-sector organisations with reliable commercial landscaping solutions. Our systems, insurances, work health and safety (WHS) documentation and QBCC licence support procurement requirements, with the capability to deliver works to documented specifications, compliance standards and project conditions.

QUESTIONS?

Brisbane landscaping questions, answered

We service the full Brisbane City Council area from our Stapylton base, and we work into Logan, Redland and Moreton Bay where a client's assets cross council boundaries. If you are unsure whether your site is covered, call us on 1300 66 2345.

Yes. QBCC licence 15188967. That licence is required for structural landscaping work such as retaining walls and drainage, which comes up regularly on Brisbane's sloping sites. We are also fully insured with public liability and workers compensation cover.

Yes. Multi-site portfolios are a core part of what we do, including sites spread across South East Queensland. One arrangement, one point of contact, consistent standards and consolidated reporting.

We work on commercial property, and on residential complexes and major residential projects. We do not take on individual residential family homes.

It depends on the site, but Brisbane's subtropical growing season means most commercial properties need a higher visit frequency between October and March than through the cooler months. We build a schedule around your site rather than applying a fixed frequency, and we step it up and back with the season.

Yes. Where access, noise or tenant impact is a constraint we schedule around occupancy and operating hours. This is standard on occupied commercial buildings and hospitality sites.

Call 1300 66 2345 or send an enquiry and a senior landscaper will visit the site, prepare a clear scope of works and provide an obligation-free quote. The same person stays with the job through delivery.
